Job Description: We are currently seeking an energetic and adaptable Electrician who is eager to embrace new developments in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.

The ability to manage and oversee teams and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency in job execution.

Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
Must be pro-active and show initiative in getting work done.
Strong time management skills; the ability to assess job progress and adjust output levels to meet the deadline.

Must be flexible and able to work overtime at short notice.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, both single-phase and three-phase.
Working with inverters and executing solar installations.
Interpreting plans and conducting electrical installations on construction sites.
Being available for on-call duties as required.
Demonstrating proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

N6 electrical certificate or equivalent.
Working knowledge of inverters and experience with solar installations.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in single-phase and three-phase troubleshooting.
Ability to interpret plans and conduct electrical installations on construction sites.
Willingness to work on-call shifts.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

Experience with other renewable energy systems.
Certification in electrical safety standards.
Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.

A can-do attitude is a must. This position is suited for a person who is a quick thinker with the ability to adjust his work plan & delegate to engage all available team members to meet the required outcomes in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Must be able to multi task to manage smaller projects as well as larger installations.
