Vacancy Details – Employer: Prostaff Recruitment – A well-established food manufacturing company requires the above to be responsible for maintaining and fixing machinery used for nacho and wrap manufacturing.
Minimum requirements for the role:
A Certified Electrical Qualification or related is essential. Previous experience having worked as a Maintenance Technician or Electrician or Millwright or related is essential. Must have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Maintaining electrical, conveyors, electric fryers and freezer equipment. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services. Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, as well as testing parts and adjusting when necessary.
Detecting faulty operations, defective material and reporting these and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable based on experience gained.
