Driving Instructor needed immediately: APPLY NOW

My client based in Cape Town is in need of a Driving Instructor that would be responsible for but not limited to:

Preparation of training schedules
Training (Theoretical and Practical)
Provide input for the development of training material
Coaching and mentoring
Conducting performance assessments
Provide feedback to management on training/ trainee performance
Assisting with driver learnership recruitment
Assisting with “Driver of the Year” competitions

Minimum Requirements: ESSENTIAL:

Grade 12
At least 4 years experience as a code 14 driver (Previous experience as a Driver instructor/ Trainer would be advantageous)
Computer Literate: Basic skills required
