Required Skills/Qualifications
National Certificate
Hands-on.
Highly detail-focused
Able to motivate staff.
Able to oversee and verify that all items are received, stored and issued according to standard operating procedures
Able to plan the Receiving / Distribution department personnel work schedule, and leave rosters
Ability to ensure staff comply with all procedures and policies
Ability to lead by example, strong leadership profile
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong decision-making skills
Able to ensure all staff meet their productivity goals by conducting a weekly meeting with department leads to identify opportunities to improve and reduce problems and constraints
