Duties & Responsibilities

Delivery dates are confirmed prior to delivery on site
Daily scheduling planned so as to maximize volumes of deliveries in terms site location, product and truck availabilities
Clear communication with transporters and truck drivers to ensure correct documentation, loading and off-loading
Timeous communication with customers regarding planned delivery times and any delays
Constant awareness of changing conditions and circumstances to maintain service levels
Delivery schedules must be transparent and clear when used by others
Experience & Qualification

Matric with a pass in maths and/or Accounting
2 – 3 Prior experience related to the dispatch function, customer relations /sales is a must-have
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel &Outlook
Proficient in using Bibi, Rita and Pic (would be an advantage)
The successful candidate must have their own transport
