Position Summary
We are looking for a responsible individual for all duties, protocols and responsibilities to ensure all shipments are processed and dispatched in a timely manner and to inspect that no items are damaged. To keep accurate records of dispatched stock on software system to ensure efficient reporting on warehouse stock.
Key Responsibilities
Process picking instructions to picking teams.
Despatching of stock for installation, reps, destruction, and freight.
Communication between all stakeholders OPS, AES, Sales Reps Installation teams
Administrate Stock Control
Stocktake assistance
General ad hoc administration
General housekeeping
Qualifications Skills:
Grade 12 Tertiary qualification advantageous
1 years relevant experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to set deadlines and achieve them
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong literacy and numeracy knowledge
Strong computer knowledge including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Great organisation skills and problem-solving abilities
Good customer service skills
Must be able to multitask have good time management skills
