The successful incumbent will:
Be responsible for the cross channel content management, implementation, reporting/analytics and financial management for the company website, social media platforms, direct electronic media and E marketing in line with the overall marketing and media strategy.
Increase the online presence of the company significantly, which includes decision-making with the Executive team on the website, social media and online advertising, but not limited to. Manage and maintain internal stakeholder relations
by ensuring close coordination between marketing and customer care
Manage and maintain external stakeholder relations
by ensuring close coordination between E commerce, marketing and external agencies for Website developers and digital agencies
Manage customer relations for the website and social media by engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

Drive the collection of assets through new registrations for the use of electronic marketing
Overseeing and maintain correct product on the site (imagery, NAV, STOCK)
Style and advice and blog content management
SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media marketing – Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest
Maximise online presence through tactical campaigns and budget management
Drive the management of communities through collection of assets through new likes and followers as well as the retention of the base
Development of editorial and publishing calendars
DIRECT ELECTRONIC MEDIA (EMAIL & SMS)
MAIL CHIMP
