Debtors Clerk
(Based in Tygervalley)
Afrimat Aggregates Western Cape is currently seeking for a Debtors clerk at our Tygervalley Head office, to help achieve Afrimat’s vision and objectives by managing the debtors and ensuring accurate and timely revenue collections to assist with the company’s cash flow. The incumbent will be reporting to the Credit Manager.
The ideal candidate will need the following attributes and qualifications:
At least three years’ experience in a debtors clerk role
Have knowledge and experience in financial modules (Preferably Accpac)
Strict attention to detail
Must have the ability to work without supervision
Must have the ability to work under pressure and be able to adapt to sudden changes
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Pre-employment medical required
Key Functions / Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Manage and ensure timely and accurate collections.
Prepare for and assist with audits.
Execute all agreed projects and/ or carry out ad hoc assignments.
Manage debtors
