Fourways Company in the Motor Industry is urgently looking for a Debtors/Creditors ClerkCreditorsMonthly Recons – Accurate and complete (Invoices must comply to def of “Vat Invoice”)Monthly Recons – To be submitted before or on 22nd of each monthCheques – Made out, posted and allocated correctly EFT’s – Creditors loaded accurately on bankEFT’s – Payments loaded accurately on bankProcessing –All invoices processed before month end or accrued for if not received on timeAll VAT processed correctlyNo items outstanding on GRNI at month end No items on outstanding orders at month end except if goods have not been received yetPurchase ledger ready to close off 2nd day after month endDebtorsDaily allocation of all receipted amountsCorrect allocation of discount between GP and expensesPrinting and sending statements out day after month endSales ledger ready to close off 2nd day after month endFollowing up on outstanding debtors weekly and sending report to all relevant managers (Friday)Following up on promised payments Monday and updating report sent on Friday for management meetingsDebtors older than 60 days to be less that .5% of total debtors to qualify for incentiveAdaptability / versatilityJob interest- job knowledge and work attitudeEmail detailed cv with contactable ref’s,
