Purpose of Position
Electrical Data & Accounts related work.
Requirements
National Senior Certificate or Equivalent.
Advanced Excel Experience.
Theoretical Electrical Experience / Knowledge will be advantageous.
Experience / Knowledge of Electrical Accounts.
Experience / Knowledge of Electrical Metering.

Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Prepare reports, cover letters and analyze progress reports, adverse trends and make appropriate recommendation where needed.
Type forms, form letters and other documents as required at acceptable levels of speed and accuracy; collates and photocopies materials as necessary; maintains archive forms and scanning of signed documents.
Maintain client confidentiality in conformance with company confidentiality policy.
Scrutinize utility invoices received and issued for any irregularities.
Liaise with other departments.
Gathering of utility account data.
Import monthly utility data.
Basic Measurement and Verification of targets and performance graphs.
Assist with access administration of company personnel; clients and investigations.
Creating invoices, statements, Graphs and follow up with clients.
Creating profile graphs on Excel.
All other responsibilities as instructed from time to time enabling the achievement of the goals and maximizing the opportunities for the Company.
