Job description
Job Objectives: To ensure the accuracy of existing patient information/details to safeguard against duplications so that records are accurate and up to date. To ensure that new patient files are loaded onto the system by ensuring information is captured correctly and timeously.
To ensure that patients are contacted to confirm their delivery details while also ensuring any queries they might have are answered and followed up timeously. To validate patient delivery addresses. To ensure that client database is regularly checked for duplications and errors and ensure that the database is “cleaned up” to ensure data integrity
To resolve queries from internal and external customers regarding patient information to ensure that medication rejection and incorrect/delayed deliveries is eliminated
