My client with a national footprint is seeking and young, vibrant and dynamic Data Capturer to join their team in Pretoria.

You will be responsible for: {amongst others}

Maintaining filing in client files so they remain updated and easily accessible
Follow process on MyEmployees on monthly basis for services to complete
Scan all documentation from client and upload on MyEmployees
Assist with data capturing when time for ATR/WSP and Employment Equity submissions
Follow up constantly with SETA’s for Grant disbursements and compliance
Identify training providers and arrange according to clients’ needs
Ensure clients comply according to different ACTS (SETA/EE)

Required Skills
data capture administration : 1 to 2 years
data capture experience : 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
Grade 12
Computer Literate
At least 2 yrs data capturing experience
Excellent communication skills
This position reports to: Branch Manager
