The DA and ANC will battle it out in court over the ousting of the Tshwane mayor and council speaker.
Stevens Mokgalapa and Katlego Mathebe were voted out in a chaotic sitting earlier this month.
The EFF voted with the ANC to remove them with a motion of no confidence, but the DA says this is a coup.
It approached the court and secured an interim judgment to stop decisions taken in that sitting.
The parties will argue their cases in court on Tuesday.
