Our client has a position for a Client Liaison Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls
Managing the in-house CRM system with inputting of details required by the various consultants
Dealing with enquiries and problem solving where necessary
Typing of correspondence
Phoning clients to gain information
Working to a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Updating the full process of work on Internal CRM
Maintaining customers records by updating account information.
Record and administer customer complaints
REMUNERATION:
