Job Summary

A fabulous opportunity exists for experienced individuals to join our Kitchen and Built in Cupboards Sales & Service team, in Johannesburg. You will be actively involved to exclusively sell Home Concept products through designated Retail outlets to which you have been assigned-consistently achieving & exceeding budgets (Sales, Cost of Sales) while adhering to Home Concept’s Standards and offering superior Service. Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction is critical to your success in this role, so previous experience is a must. Responsibilities and Duties:

You will routinely be measured on your key performance areas
Effectively manages team members, including technicians and consultants, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
Assist with and perform administrative tasks
Visiting assigned Retail stores – check; report; maintain Home Concept Showroom
Training of Retailer staff – Product & Procedural knowledge training
Building & Maintaining the Relationship with Retail Branch Managers
Contacting interested customers within 24 hours
Measuring up leads within 48 hoursof contact customers – FAB’ing product category
Designing & quoting customers within 24 hoursof measuring up – must ensure that the customer understands the design and expectations of their purchase
Customer follow up within 48 hoursof quoting customer
Customer follow up within 48 hoursof installing customers job – delivery of gift (if applicable)
Assist with assembly of units in retail showrooms
Complete minor snags and adjustments

Qualifications and Skills:

Grade 12 or higher
A background in Kitchen Design is imperative, however training will be provided
Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Must possess strong management, organization, communication and problem-solving skills
At least 3 years experience in Management (Customer Relationship Management is an advantage)
Comprehensive Industry Knowledge
Strong Written and Verbal Communication
Must be willing to work retail hours and as required from time to time
Self-Motivated
Have a “can do” positive and enthusiastic attitude
Have a Friendly, Efficient and Flexible Ability to find solutions
Excellent communication and Leadership skills
Good mathematics
Must be well organized, reliable and hard-working as well as a strong team player
Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Must be able to pay close attention to detail
