We are recruiting for a Customer Order Entry Clerk
Duties include (not limited to);
Handling all incoming customer orders
Promptly providing feedback to all customer order queries
Liaising with supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
Providing support to the sales team to ensure optimal customer service and satisfaction.
Required Skills/Qualifications
National Senior Certificate
Detail orientated with high levels of accuracy.
Good communication skills.
Three to five +years relevant experience as an order entry clerk
Proven track record in the same role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Highly customer-focused
Proactive with a strong work ethic
