In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering customer success by analysing and implementing growth-driven website initiatives. Through customer understanding, analytics knowledge and conversion rate optimisation techniques, the incumbent will address business challenges and drive successful website conversion. Maintain customer retention by focusing on customer-centric solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Demand Management
Improve conversion rates on digital properties by translating insights about users and customer segments into a compelling digital user experience that will increase response, conversion rate, and/or order size. Recommend enhancements to digital properties based on findings, with the goal of enabling the maximum number of website visitors to become new customers or more engaged existing customers
Information Reporting
Determine relevant metrics, establish goals, and create appropriate reports to track progress and evaluate program results, analyze efficiencies, and modify strategies based upon results as needed. Daily monitoring of analytics and testing dashboards to identify unusual trends and work with teams to resolve in a timely manner
Service Delivery Improvement/Innovation
Recommend enhancements to digital properties based on findings, with the goal of enabling the maximum number of website visitors to become new customers or more engaged existing customers Create site optimization projects and priorities in order to generate revenue and increase engagement across all digital platforms. Develop business cases to ensure the right tests are being conducted in the correct sequence as part of the optimisation strategy.

Education Level:
Functional Diploma or Grade 12
Experience Level:
2/3 Years or 5/6 Years
3 years’ experience in using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and/or optimisation tools (VWO, Optimizely, etc.)
3 years of relevant professional work experience Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology
