Well-known wine estate, situated in the Stellenbosch region, requires a hardworking, enthusiastic, admin-driven individual to join our team.

The ideal candidates should be self-starter, fluent in English with a good command of Afrikaans, well-spoken, passionate about food & wine, have the excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently as well as with a team. The ideal candidate must be very well-organized, have a great telephone manner and be able to work under extreme pressure.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

Ensure supplier accounts details are current and up to date
Check and ensure all relevant documentation is received, approved and processed
Process supplier Invoices
Reconcile supplier accounts
Follow up on discrepancies
Monitor and follow up on all outstanding supplier documentation
Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules
Receiving, handling, and reconciliation of petty cash
Must have Pastel Evolution experience.

This is a half-day position and is a 3-month contract.
Own reliable transport essential.
