The Congress of South African Trade Unions has lost patience with President Cyril Ramaphosa, saying he is all talk and no action, just like the party he leads.

The federation is now planning a nationwide general strike in October, to protest against corruption and to raise several other issues affecting workers.

Cosatu President Zingiswa Losi also says Ramaphosa has all the tools to empower him to act.

More allies of the ANC have agreed that corruption, needs to come to an end.
