Basic product support;
Arrange, dispatch and coordinate technical attendances;
Fault logging and case management;
Central information agent for field resources.
Job Requirements:
Educational requirements & experience needed:
Matric;
Training will be provided;
Call centre related certification will be an advantage
Core Technical Competencies:
Essentials
Advantageous
2 year call centre experience;
Computer literate
Team player
Microsoft Office tools (Outlook & Excel)
Experience pertaining to fleet management tracking systems and software
Competency / experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
