Construction site manager:
We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our construction company based in Franschhoek.
Duties include:
Setting out all construction works from plan on site
Leading, managing and coordinating the site team and subcontractors on site
Effective management of a team on site, including time management
Delivering of projects within quality and safety specifications
Planning & scheduling of work on a daily basis
Managing all aspects of Health & Safety on site
Overseeing of more than one site at times
Liaising with professional teams on site
Candidate requirements:
Good knowledge and practical experience in construction processes
Excellent problem solving & communication skills
At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry as a General Foreman/Site supervisor
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm, dedicated and professional
Ability to motivate a diverse team
Strong computer skills
Reliability and punctuality essential
Matric
Driver’s license (with PDP an advantage)
Additional qualifications such as First Aid (Level 1) or Safety Officer will count in your favour
Package:
R15 500 – R18 000 plus other benefits
