Requirements:

BTech: Construction Management
·
10 years’ experience
·
Experience working on building projects of high values
·
Experience working on RDP housing
·
Knowledgeable in JBCC and GCC contracts
·
Familiar with SANS and COLTO specifications
·
Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Projects
