Maintain proper rotation of product in all areas, hot/cold section.

Follow all safety and sanitation policies, procedures and service standards.

All kitchen staff must adhere to company performance, productivity and discipline, this may include working nightshift/overtime for which you will be compensated accordingly.

To maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness.

Have full knowledge of menu items, daily features and promotions.

Actively share ideas, opinions and daily shift briefings.

Prepare and service all food items for Ala-carte/buffet/ plated meals according to profession and canteen services.

The successful applicant must at list have 3 years in hospitality or working experience as a chef and 2 years in beverage/ catering management.

Good in all rounder in all kitchen routines.

Ability to work without supervision, be able to be creative plating and garnishing.

Ability to work in a busy kitchen and work well under pressure.
