Purpose of the job

An employee is needed for 2 3 days of casual position in Western Cape.
To assist the Doctor to meet patients needs and satisfaction whilst adhere to operational standards and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

Apply SHEC principles and procedures in a workplace
Comply with SHEC standards in your work environment
Comply with the requirements of the Operations Quality Management System
Handle cash and banking
Support Line Managers to achieve change requirements
Check that the Doctor completes the patient file correctly
Welcome new patients and take their details
Make second and follow up appointments with the patient
Maintain correct preparation of Patient files
Conduct stock takes
Train patients in injection techniques.
File blood results in patient files.
Sending of all documents to Head Office i.e. Day End Report and Ensure that Data Mover is running and contact IT to confirm

Minimum qualifications and experience required:

Matric and Certificate in Business Management Marketing Management will be an added advantage.
Good Sales and customer service skills.
At least 1 3 years experience in a related role
Drivers license is a must
