Job Requirements
· Resolve all queries received timeously and to the satisfaction of the Consumer / Credit Provider or internal stakeholder.
· Attend to e-mail queries and distribute queries to the relevant departments after assessing client needs and concerns
· Attend to requests for documents
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Matric / Grade 12
· Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
· 2 + years’ experience in dealing with customers
· Post matric business-related qualification an advantage
Necessary Skills & Attributes
· Attention to detail
· Good verbal communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette
· Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work
· Customer Service orientated, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
· Proactive
· Problem solving skills
