The appointee should:

Be in possession of Grade 12 Certificate
Have sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and appropriate information system
Pay attention to detail and have meticulous well organised work method
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Have Warehouse knowledge in Mining Environment
Minimum relevant experience as a picker in the mining environment
Have previous Picker mining experience
Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
Advantageous requirements:

Certificate in Material Management
Ability to communicate in all levels throughout the organasation
Key responsibilities:

Provide an internal service in order to effect suitable material management’s services

Providing physical and administrative support in terms of material movement, as well as the effective inventory control within the warehouse and yard areas
Perform work allocated to him/her in accordance with their experience
Must be able to work under pressure
Agrees standard operational performance levels with superior in order to meet customer and development demands at operations.
Liaises with superior regarding business processed understanding and execution at centre.
Process functional responsibilities in line with work schedules provided by Supervisor.
Ensures operational efficiency at the distribution centre/ central store

Adheres to operating procedures, to achieve efficiency under the guidance of the Supervisor/ Manager.
Verifies quality, condition and correctness of measure of all material received in stores and despatched goods.
Undertakes good housekeeping practices
