Health Minister Joe Phaahla says Tshwane is considered the current epicentre of the cholera outbreak.
Phaahla says a first cholera patient is a 56-year-old man from Musina who started complaining of abdominal pains 5 days after arriving in Hammanskraal.
Meanwhile, Phaahla says tests on four water sources in the Free State were deemed non-compliant.
Phaahla says this was due to the fact that the water contained too much chlorine.
Authorities are still trying to locate the source of a cholera outbreak that has killed at least 25-people so far.
