Purpose: This position will assist the winemaking team in daily winemaking activities as needed; including but not limited to tank to tank transfers, additions, racking, maintain general cellar hygiene and administrative duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· Grade 12
· 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a Cellar environment
· Working knowledge of Centrifuge and Crossflow filtration will be advantageous
· Valid Forklift License will be advantageous
SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Good administrative and planning skills
· Good interpersonal relations
· Participation in the multiskilling program
· Appropriate knowledge of the wine process
· Positive, energetic and results driven individual
· Willingness to work overtime, night shift and over weekends when operationally required
