Job Specification

Compile payroll data for submission to the salary department
Administer the overtime system
Assist the Administration Manager/Supervisor with his/her day functions
Cross border documentation/Liaise with the export agent
Cash Sales Administration – Daily Cash-up functions/resolving queries / Bank transfers and card receipts / Releasing SO on available credit / Refunds / Cash Sales Recon
Distribution of daily report
Compiling transport, diesel etc. reports
Credit notes and debtor journals
General Functions

Required Qualifications / Experience
Minimum grade 12
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
Excellent administration skills
Must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Computer literate in SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Apply Now
