Requirements:
Minimum Matric is essential
Minimum 3 years in a call centre environment
Previous Call Centre management experience will be an advantage
Computer literacy with basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential
Must be an enthusiastic, meticulous person
Be able to manage 4 service controllers
Must be able to adapt easily to a constantly changing environment
Ability to take initiative
Strong team orientation and ability to function as a team leader
Pro-active and problem solving focus
Must be able to work under pressure and overtime from time to time
Skills / Duties:
To improve the customer service experience
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
Develop call centre procedures, policies and standards
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Adhere to and manage the approved budgets
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers;
conducting surveys; benchmarking best practices; analysing information and application
Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
Submitting warranty claims on spare parts to the various suppliers
Improving the warranty claim process
Meeting warranty budgets set by the company
