Workers will be able to communicate effectively with Clients, Able to Multi-task, Good Listening Abilities, Adaptability, And cooperative to work under designated shifts.
Academic Requirements as follows: College Leavers, grade 11, And Matriculants.
Agents will be Answering courteously inbound calls.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered.
Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve customer services.
Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
