Our company is looking for Call Centre Agents
Good Communication skills,Presentable,Punctual,Fair command of English, Afrikaans and if possible a Third
Language (Which is most certainly an advantage),Computer literacy,Education: Grade 12Good Telephone manner / etiquetteMinimum of 1 year Call Centre experience required
Duties & Responsibilities:
Place inbound and outbound calls to negotiate and collect
outstanding debt.To negotiate a repayment arrangements in a minimal number of
contacts.Updates customer’s contact and account information during
each contact.Maintain control of conversation with debtors at all times.
Follows basic call flow and handling procedures while adapting to each
conversation using the phone skills and techniques taught during training.Adhere to all departmental procedures and regulationsWhen unable to resolve the problem in a reasonable amount
of time, utilise escalation procedures available.May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced
Collections Representatives.Candidates must have at least 2 references.
Basics salary of R 4000.00 (Cost to company) and incentives
