Call centre Agents and Clients service Personnels with a high communication standard and sense of humour Needed to run day to day customer services and interact with bot our Existing Clients and new prospective Customers. Experience isn’t Required as training will be Provided.
Key Roles
Answering courteously inbound calls.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
Providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
Ensuring feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
Managing and updating customer databases with the status of each customer.
