Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage all incoming Online, “Live chat” & telephonic leads & inquiries
· Direct leads to the appropriate Rola business and ensure adherence to service level timelines
· Ensure the optimal use of CMS
· Monitor and track all lead activity
· Administrative support as required
· Deliver an efficient and effective service to clients at all times
· Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
Minimum Requirements:
· Min Grade 12
· Must have proven Call centre experience
· Motor industry sales experience, advantageous, but not essential
· Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
· High level of motivation, initiative, and integrity
Salary structure:
· Basic monthly salary
