Brickz plans to release gospel songs

Convicted Kwaito star Brickz has been busy giving his fellow inmates gospel tunes. Brickz, real name Sipho Ndlovu, is serving his 15-year jail term at Leeuwkop Maximum facility for raping a 17-year-old relative in 2013.

A source close to the South African music artist said he is hopeful about his time after being released from prison.

“Mabrigado is in high spirits and focusing on his release from prison. The wardens and inmates are always dazzled by his music since he is part of the choral group. He is optimistic one day the prison gates will open for him as a changed man. People will be shocked as he wants to drop a gospel project once he’s free,” said the source.

Jail has changed him. He went back to the genre (gospel) he used to be in. Music fans will fall in love with him once he’s released.
