Controversial Mzansi rapper, Shebeshxt, real name Lehlogonolo Chauke is being investigated following the death of his daughter in a fatal car crash.

The South African musician was driving his Volkswagen Polo when it collided with a truck on the R37 Road next to Smelters Mine in Limpopo.

His 9-year-old daughter, girlfriend, and another unidentified passenger were in the car when the hideous incident occurred.

The Polokwane police informed the family that they wanted to obtain a statement from Chauke and his girlfriend, Kholefelo Chuene, regarding the incident.

They also want to draw blood from the artist to check his sobriety status when the crash occurred.
