This comes after reports emerged on social media suggesting that the Bafana Bafana goalkeeper had lost his life in a car crash.

Khune dismissed the rumours by posting a picture of himself on his official Twitter account with the caption “Alive and kicking”.
Khune’s girlfriend Sbahle Mpisane was, however, involved in a car accident in Durban while driving a car that he had bought her. She is still recovering from the accident.
