Position: Bartender – Galaxy Bingo Port Elizabeth (Pty) Ltd
Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience

Requirements:

o Able to work shifts and weekends
o At least 2 years of experience in the bar
o Bar knowledge
o Clear criminal record
o Fluent in English

Duties:

o To demonstrate extensive knowledge of liquor, and commitment to professional bartending.
o To act flawlessly and promptly on orders received from customers/Waiters.
o To serve beverages (whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in accordance with GALAXY GRILL standards, with courtesy and professionalism.
o To successfully manage the bar area, including bar stock and costs.
o To perform stock takes on a regular basis as and when required.
o To clean designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures and hygiene requirements.
o Included in your duties, you are required to perform any other reasonable tasks required by your manager
