Former radio host Ngizwe Mchunu is a free man, for now.
The Randburg magistrate’s court is not convinced the State has a strong case against him.
Mchunu is accused of inciting violence that led to days of unrest and looting in KwaZulu-Natal and parts of Gauteng.
He was granted bail of R2,000.
“I’m over the moon, of course, justice is served,” he said outside court.
The staunch Zuma supporter will be back in court on 21 October.
