SACP General Secretary Solly Mapaila says the throne in the liberation movement headed by the ANC is vacant.
Mapaila was speaking at Sactwu’s second Central Committee Conference at the Cape Town Convention Centre.
He was elected to head the Communist Party at its congress last week.
Mapaila says the movement must reconnect with the needs of the people.
