Mulenga, who joined the Buccaneers earlier this season, scored a stunning goal as his side thumped beat Bloemfontein Celtic 2-1 in April 2018.

This is Mulenga’s first individual accolade since joining the Sea Robbers, and it would no doubt serve as motivation for the Zambian attacker going into next season.

Football fans around the country were given the chance to vote for their best goal for April, Mulenga’s strike received the most votes.

Meanwhile, Parker’s goal against Ajax Cape Town on the final day of the season also received the most votes for the month of May.

Parker becomes the second Amakhosi player to win the award this year following Leonardo Castro at the beginning of the year.

Furthermore, the two players are the finalists for the 2017/18 PSL Goal of the Season award.

Mulenga’s goal against Celtic made the cut, while Parker’s goal against the Urban Warriors was included in the top nine goals of the season.

Fans will again be given the opportunity to vote for their favourite goal of the 2017/18 and the winner will be announced on May 29, at the PSL end of season awards ceremony.
