Introduction
The incumbent will be responsible for technical work and marketing/auctioneering in the BKB Wool and Mohair business unit. Client liaison on both the production and buying sides form an integral part of this position. The successful candidate will be based in Port Elizabeth and will report directly to the Manager: Wool Trade.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Agricultural diploma with specialization in small stock and fibre production
3-5 years specialized experience in the fibre handling and marketing industry
Existing connections with fibre producers and buyers
Strong financial acumen and solid understanding of cost structures
Excellent administrative skills
Strong marketing skills and experience
Excellent communicator in both English & Afrikaans, with proven public-speaking ability
Valid driver’s license
No criminal record as prohibited by the CPA

Managing staff and resources
Stocktake at financial year-end
Auctioneering at weekly auctions
