The successful candidate will be responsible for professional, effective and efficient service to ensure a positive image of the organization. The suitable candidate will also be responsible for all tasks related to administration of auctions including attending auctions, capturing auction rolls, the printing of statements, bank payments, and collection of receivables and management of cash auctions.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Good administrative and numeracy skills
Good interpersonal relations
Good communication skills
Good computer literacy
Be willing to travel frequently and work after-hours at Livestock auctions
Must be able to perform under pressure
Hardworking, punctuality, precision and good teamwork
Must be fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans) and understand and communicate in Afrikaans to a large extent
Must have a valid driver’s license
