a detailed curriculum vitae and cover letter (please note that the first three (3) referees on your CV will be contacted with regard to reference checking);

Duties and responsibilities:
Capturing of gym membership agreements and payments (financial data) and access related enrolments on subsystems (!tensity).
Assist with membership cancellations and client enquiries.
Assist with KovsieFit Studios and High Performance athlete bookings and monitoring of group classes presented by Fitness Instructors.
Capture High Performance athletes’ monthly access (monthly summaries to be compiled for invoicing to KovsieSport).
Assist with the reporting of all equipment and building maintenance of KovsieFit.
Assist with KovsieFit clients’ exercise programmes involved with gym equipment.
Assist with research and community service projects within KovsieFit.
Assist with the procurement processes of gym equipments, consumable items, maintenance and/or monthly service fees.
Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new gym members.

Inherent requirements:
Grade 12 or National Vocational Certificate on NQF level 4.
One (1) year relevant working experience related to the duties and responsibilities.

Recommendations:
Previous work experience with gym management software, and gym equipment.
