Health Minister Zweli Mkhize will appear before the ANC integrity commission this week.
Commission chairperson, George Mashamba has confirmed that Mkhize wants to discuss the multi-million-rand Digital Vibes tender scandal.
Mashamba says Mkhize will have to answer about the alleged benefits to his family from the R150-million.
President Cyril Ramaphosa says he’s waiting for the Special Investigating Unit report on the matter before taking action.
Meanwhile, the Health Department has confirmed that none of its employees has been suspended.
Opposition parties are calling for Mkhize to step down and the DA has laid criminal charges against him.
