Job Requirements
Attend to oppositions and drafting of replying papers.
Draft various legal documents such as founding and supplementary affidavits
Liaise with external attorneys and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure that Oppositions are dealt with appropriately
Required Qualifications & Experience
An admitted attorney
2 + years’ work experience in a legal environment
Sound knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act and Magistrates Court Act.
Experience in debt review would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
Necessary Skills & Attributes
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure associated with tight deadlines
Ability to draft court documents in line with requirements
