Provide a switchboard service involving answering, screening and directing telephone calls as well as e-mails to relevant people; making calls to clients.
Attending to clients visiting the office; providing information and assistance they may require.
Ensuring that the visitors’ book is updated and signed accordingly.
Preparation of project documents as requested by the technical team including but not exhaustive; letters, minutes, formatting documents, specifications and presentations.
Controlling and keeping record of incoming and outgoing correspondence incl. drawings.
Prepare and coordinate submisssion of Tender Documents and proposals for potential clients.
Attending to company’s accommodation, flight & travelling arrangements.
Taking minutes for staff meetings
Ensure the company stationery inventory is correctly managed and stocked.
Arrange and coordinate meetings for the Technical Team.
Ensure all documentation is compiled in a professional manner to improve the company image.
Undertake accurate data capture work as and when directed.
Preparing of purchase orders when required
Attending to courier service requirements for the company
Providing general administrative support to all divisions in Igoda Projects.
Maintain sound relationships with clients on projects in charge of.
Providing general administrative support to PA when required
