2021 Rolls-Royce ghost extended revealed

2021 Rolls-Royce ghost extended revealed. It has the most rear legroom of all sedans, excluding the Phantom Extended. It is 170 millimeters (6.7 inches) longer than the standard model to offer exceptional rear legroom only the mighty Phantom Extended can eclipse among four-door sedans.

It was the beginning of the month when Rolls-Royce introduced the all-new Ghost and now the classy folks from Goodwood are already presenting the long-wheelbase version.

Rolls-Royce wanted to retain the elegant and timeless lines of the normal version as much as possible, only extending the rear doors and the body panels around the rear door apertures. As with most LWB sedans, the real magic is inside the cabin where the Ghost Extended can be specified with a reclining “Serenity Seat” for the first time.

RR says it provides that type of comfort you’ll only find in the cabin of a high-end business jet. Tucked away between the rear seats is a fridge to store your fancy champagne, a feature developed together with a Master Sommelier. Rolls-Royce learned about the optimal serving temperatures, implementing two cooling modes to suit both vintage and non-vintage champagne.

Beyond the high-class features and a whopping 220 pounds (100 kilograms) of acoustic damping materials, the 2021 Ghost Extended is the most technologically advanced Rolls-Royce ever. It comes with a sophisticated air filtration system, head-up display, self-parking function, and laser headlights offering more than 600 meters (nearly 2,000 feet) of illuminated range.

Underpinned by the company’s proprietary Architecture of Luxury platform, the revamped Ghost Extended uses the familiar twin-turbo 6.75-liter V12 engine making 563 horsepower (420 kilowatts) and 850 Newton-meters (627 pound-feet) of torque. A newly developed suspension enhances the “Magic Carpet Ride” experience through variable shock absorbers, an industry-first upper wishbone damper, and self-leveling air strut assemblies.2021-rolls-royce-ghost Topography

Rolls-Royce has not disclosed pricing details for the United States, but prepare to pay more than the $332,500 Ghost.
