Durban Woman injured on hiking trail

KwaZulu-Natal: Early Sunday morning Netcare 911 was alerted by SACAN/ Tracbox of an adult female who had fallen on a hiking trail in the Kranskloof Nature Reserve in Kloof West of Durban.

A Netcare 911 rescue technician together with Rescuetech and Ezemvelo Rangers hiked to the scene where a rope and basket system was used to get the patient to a stable surface.

Once treated the patient was transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
