Video of a man driving using legs goes viral. As we enter into the Festive season week we are all being urged to practice safe driving, observing all road laws and make sure to be doing all things right in the roads.
Due to this precautions being taken, police has re-inforced their fines fees to make sure drivers and motorist abide by the road laws and those who are found wanting will be severely dealt with. Due to the tightness of the police and as the awareness campaign continues a video of a man recklessly driving using his feet instead of hands controlling the steering has emerged.
